Strategic Implementation
Structured materialization derived from a favorable DVRII®
Implementation is not a starting point.
It is activated exclusively when a project has obtained a favorable classification within the DVRII® System.
This phase ensures coherence between the designed structural architecture and its actual execution, preserving the technical criteria that underpinned the decision.
I. Legal and Vehicle Structuring
Definition of the appropriate corporate, contractual or institutional vehicle for the level of capital and exposure of the project.
Legal design aligned with risk, scale and investor profile.
The legal architecture precedes any operational deployment.
II. Regulatory Consolidation
Regulatory management in accordance with the structural scenario previously defined in the opinion.
Management is not activated without a validated strategy.
Each authorization corresponds to a pre-designed structure.
III. Technical and Sectoral Integration
Technical coordination in accordance with the approved structural framework.
Technical specialties, sectoral engineering or operational development are aligned with the previously defined financial and legal model.
The execution responds to the ruling, not to operational impulses.
IV. Structural Financial Modeling
Projection of financial scenarios, return analysis and structuring of cash flow according to the classified risk level.
Profitability is not assumed.
It is modeled under verifiable parameters.
V. Operational and Institutional Integration
Definition of the project's administrative, fiscal, and governance structure.
The project is not only executed.
It is institutionalized under structural architecture.
Activation Condition
Strategic Implementation does not operate as an open service.
It only activates when:
- The project has passed the Preliminary Assessment (PRE)
- It has received a favorable rating in the DVRII®
- Meets internal acceptance criteria
ND&C reserves the right to determine the feasibility of joining this phase.
Consistency between decision and execution
Execution without structural architecture generates unnecessary exposure.
Strategic implementation ensures continuity between technical criteria and project materialization.
Execution is a consequence.
The structural decision is the origin.
