Structural architecture for investment projects
ND&C is a boutique investment structural architecture firm specializing in designing the financial, tax, and legal architecture that enables high-capital projects to be executed in a viable manner.
We intervene before capital is committed.
Before the contracts are signed.
Before decisions become irreversible.

Execution is relevant.
The structural decision is determining.
The real problem with investment projects
Most projects do not fail during execution.
They fail in their structure.
- weak financial architecture
- incomplete legal structures
- non-existent governance
- poorly assessed regulatory exposure
When these problems are detected late, the cost of correcting them is irreversible.
The role of ND&C
ND&C analyzes and designs the structural architecture that allows a project to be viable before capital is invested.
We do not promote projects.
We do not act as investment intermediaries.
And we issue independent technical opinions.
STRATEXXA®
Our internal system where all projects go through three phases:
PRE®
Preliminary Evaluation (PRE)
It classifies structural risk and determines if the project deserves in-depth analysis.
DVRII®
Strategic Feasibility and Risk Assessment.
Analyze the structural architecture of the project:
- financial
- legal
- regulatory
- operational
POST
Strategic structural implementation program when the project demonstrates viability.
At ND&C, capital is not structured without first structuring the decision.
Sectors where we operate
ND&C intervenes in projects where capital requires prior strategic architecture.

Real Estate and Urban Development
Structuring of residential, mixed and hotel developments.

Infrastructure and Government
Structural modeling for public projects and public-private partnerships.

Energy and Extractive Resources
Comprehensive structuring in regulated sectors.

High CAPEX Multisectoral Projects
Design of investment vehicles for large-scale projects.
ND&C intervenes when capital requires structural design prior to its execution.
Structural architecture applied to capital decisions
We focus our expertise on evaluating, classifying, and structuring investment projects before their execution, in sectors where capital requires strategic architecture and exposure control.
We do not run automatically.
- We analyze.
- We quantify risk.
- We model scenarios.
- We define structure.
- And we issue independent technical opinions.
Our system allows us to adjust, rethink, or stop projects before they generate structural losses.

Before committing capital, activate independent structural criteria.
The process begins with a Preliminary Assessment (PRE), a mandatory filter to determine if the project requires a DVRII® Strategic Opinion.
The PRE is our first quality filter. Not all projects pass this stage, and that protects your capital.
ND&C reserves the right to accept or reject applications according to internal technical, financial, and regulatory criteria.
The PRE classifies the risk; the DVRII® structures the solution.

Before committing capital, activate independent structural criteria.
The structural decision is the origin.
Execution is the consequence.
