resources, ND&amp;C conducts a mandatory Preliminary Evaluation (PRE) to determine if the project qualifies for inclusion in the DVRII\u00ae System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This process does not constitute immediate advice or automatic acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a technical classification mechanism whose purpose is to determine if a project meets the minimum conditions to be subjected to comprehensive strategic analysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fa9245c9 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alcance-del-pre\">Scope of the PRE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Preliminary Assessment allows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify level of regulatory exposure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimate financial complexity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classify structural risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine the feasibility of a complete report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3
